Ok so it has been forever since i posted anything. i really want to start taking pictures again soon though...if i can get the kids to cooperate it will be nice LOL! These are the ones I made into cards I will try to get some of the others that i took up soon :)

The Flood
Ok so i know i have gotten slack in the picture dept. but i will try to get better i promise!
So for your amusement here is what happened to me yesterday!
Ok to say I get distracted easy would be putting it mildly....especially when trying to clean the house. But hey if you are a mom you know where I am coming from...right?! Anyway so about 2:30 yesterday I sent the kids outside to play while i did the dishes. (I can see them from the window and the know that if they dont stay where I can see them they have to come back inside) so yep i have gotten behind on dishes...again! And I had brought in the dishes that had been outside in the christmas shed while the christmas dishes were inside...so those of course had to be washed too. well unloading the dishes out of the dishewasher....and reloading it to run again took forever with all the distractions from the kids...and the computer LOL. So i get that done finally....and the kids want to picnic outside for supper so i fix that up for them and they eat it while i am trying to get the dishes done still. at this point its like 5:00 almost....get them fed then inside. start running the water for the dishes and got busy doing something else...cant remember what. then i came in the computer room to grab my mp3 player...which i had already attempted to do but kept forgeting...and oh yes the water was still running only i forgot about that while doing whatever it was that called me away from the sink in the first place. so a little while later madi comes into the comp room "Mommy there is a flood in the kitchen!" and she was not exagerating!!! the water had run all over the counter....the floor...all the way over to the other side under the table! The edge of the carpet to the den was soaked. LOL took me an hour to clean that up but hey my floor needed mopping anyway haha! oh and i did finally get the dishes cleaned....after the kids went to bed!!!

Overall good week!
Well this is a blog so hey i thought i would blog. Tuesday Gabe finally had his well baby visit (ok so it was a month and a half late!) and he is 37 1/2 inches and 33.8lbs. (Madison at her 3 year appt...also a month late...was 37 1/2 inches and 34lbs. It's neat to see how close to the same growth curve they are on!) He was finally after 2 years of asking about it put on medicine for reflux (I dont think normal 3 year olds spit up still do they?) and allergy medicine as well. So far we are waiting to see if the reflux medicine works. He is still burping up and spit up once tonight. But he was running around on a full stomache so i am sure that didnt help! I forgot to give Gabe his allergy medicine last night and could deffinately tell a difference today with him not having had it so i am pretty sure that is working.
Also on Thursday Madi had to miss her first field trip (and it would have been a good one for me to get some pictures on!!) for a Cardiology apointment and it was all good news :) ! She does not have to go back for a year. The PDA closure looks great no leaking at all, and we were told that if her aortic valve was any less leaky then it wouldnt be considered leaky at all. So it is just leaking a tiny bit. I forgot to ask about antibiotics for her dentist appointments so I guess we will keep doing that until next year. But she has only been on them one time other then dental reasons so I am not too worried about that!
